hi every onde This app was working great but for the last two days it is not working the system is not downloading . not working what a problem

I'm supposed to download video from my Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,.etc...???? this is not a streaming service. uninstall.

every time I open the app it gone to setting language dose not save the information. and every tap there is ads only ads nothing much useless app waste of time and storage.
