This app and platform is useless but the school insists on using it. It's super buggy, took DAYS to create accounts for my student athletes and get myself set up to register them for their sport. None of which you can do in this app by the way...all of that is only for the desktop website. Apparently the app is for keeping track of scores and pushing out communications, but there are other (better) platforms for both of those things. You can't even set up push notifications for new messages.

Horribly designed UI. Very complicated to use and doesn't link very well between family members/users.

This app genuinely sucks. why do schools insist on using this broken app? You're basically forced to download it, and the app is so poorly made that logging in is just anyone's game. The whole reason you'd download the app, to register for activities, can't even be done in the app. It forces you to go the online website, which itself is just an absolute mess, there's no guidance on where to go, and when you do find what you need after stumbling around for 10 minutes, it might not even work.
