ILV ASIA – Mobile App Version is an integrated portal for Human Resources, Training, News, and Recruitment information across Vingroup.

To meet these needs, the HR Department, in collaboration with the Digital Transformation team, has launched the ILV ASIA mobile application, aiming to provide a comprehensive and useful information hub for all employees.
The app will be continuously developed and expanded with new features to better serve staff needs.

- Ability to update and edit personal details such as contact and bank information

- Leave application (annual leave, sick leave, compensatory leave, etc.)
- Business trip and training registration
- Shift change requests
- Time-in/time-out adjustment requests
- Approval functions for managers and supervisors
- Rewards and disciplinary information
