I never saw such incomplete and anti-UX banking applications. Can't say there's something big, but lots of small details just show crude work - you can enter symbols in the field of account number, impossible to copy/paste that number (it's much likely to make a mistake while typing), OTP which you should insert nowhere, hints with money amount you can't click

Was forced to update password, then got a system error and now can't login anymore. Reset password doesn't work either. Is anybody testing your app? Complete mess

This is the worst banking app in the world. I struggle everyday to use my money. It keeps bringing up errors. It's driving me crazy. 😭
