I never saw such incomplete and anti-UX banking applications. Can't say there's something big, but lots of small details just show crude work - you can enter symbols in the field of account number, impossible to copy/paste that number (it's much likely to make a mistake while typing), OTP which you should insert nowhere, hints with money amount you can't click

Was forced to update password, then got a system error and now can't login anymore. Reset password doesn't work either. Is anybody testing your app? Complete mess. Update, facescan literally never works. absolutely insane.

This is the worst banking app in the world. I struggle everyday to use my money. It keeps bringing up errors. It's driving me crazy. 😭
