Terrible UX. Withdrawal is hidden through 3 steps with no hint. There is no explanation why my linked bank accounts is not eligible for withdrawal. CS constantly call to ask to update review. Maximum withdrawal limit is 10 mils/day. It's like SmartPay intentionally does not let customer to get their own money back.

Unable to register new account. I sent an email and called many times to SMARTPAY but they did not reply. This is first time to use SMARTPAY but it is disappointing.

Terrible application. Customer service to proceed transaction is very slow. It was nearly 2 weeks and complaint was not been solved. Not recommend this app for anyone.
