Ratings and reviews

The app seems not work at all. It takes a lot of time for loading but never open. What the point of having the app while cannot access at all. Worst app ever!

not smooth performance, crashed so many times, really slow loading; the original version was so much better than the lastest one. It seems that I might be fully recovered while waiting for this app to load.

No English??? For such a big company like FPT, you would expect a great user experience and multilingual options. There are a ton of bugs (can't add visa payment card, can't change name in adress) and no option to change to English which should be basic in 2026.
