Another terrible food app. Do not bother. I filled all of the necessary requirements to redeem an offer. The app did not deduct the price from the item at checkout when I was at the final screen. One of the biggest benefits of using an app is the ability to order ahead. If I need to go to the restaurant in order to redeem the offer, it defeats the purpose. I am going somewhere else because I refuse to purchase from a company and app that does not honor offers and discounts.

The fact that Whataburger still hasn't fixed their rewards is frustrating! What good or purpose is it for you to be forced to start at the top of the list when browsing rewards?! Seriously, the slightest swipe to the left or right forces you to another screen! When you go back to view rewards, you're back at the top. Forget trying to fast scroll to the bottom because the app will just "think" you swiped to the side and still start you over. Whataburger, it's been over 2 years... FIX IT PLEASE.

App is ok, I have no problems putting orders. What annoys me is the reward section, first barcode doesn't work so I have to go to add visit, which only takes one time a day. Also the coupon scanner also doesn't so I go no choice going inside a building to order. On top of that takes too long to earn points. I got way more points with McDs even though I rarely go to one.
