I want to give 5 but it is not accurate on time. I started an order and it said store was closed, then I'm driving home and the line is full of cars...COMPLETELY OPEN! Needs to be up-to-date on that! Sometimes when I try PAY NOW it does not allow, what do you want to do, pay cash?! NO! Overall, good app, could spruce up the graphics a little, aesthetically it is not appealing, however, it is efficient!

Terrible interface; can't apply coupons. If you sign up and earn rewards/points, there's no clear way of applying those points to your future orders. The app is difficult to navigate, lacks a lot of info and doesn't fully function. UPDATE 09/2025: App is still bad. Still doesn't navigate well, still doesn't apply coupons to online orders, and when you make online orders that 'fulfill' requirements for further offers, those offers are not made available despite unlocking.

I used to love this app, it worked great. But something changed within the last update or two. It's painful to open with how long it takes, specifically how long it takes to open the deals and rewards. I literally just walked out of the restaurant and drove out of my way to McDonalds because it was taking so long. The McDs app worked great, BTW.
