The restaurants and the app don't communicate well. I ordered items in the app that the restaurant doesn't have. There's no way for the restaurants to tell the app/headquarters that they're out of stuff. The competitors do that. I can't depend off the app to be reliable. Also you can't see the price of the items until they're in your cart. They list the calories but not the price.

When I go to order and I click on a food category, there's this big blue box with white words in it (something about calories) and it takes up 90% of the screen. I can barely see the food items to add them to the cart and it makes it near impossible to order. And whenever I try to sign up for the craver nation thing, I repeatedly get an error message that says something about a conflict.

The app works well and allows me to order food for pickup. It's very bare-bones though and offers little incentive to use it. No rewards program and few coupons to use. So really it's just good to use if your ordering for several people and you don't want stuff to get mixed up. I love White Castle but they really need to look at what McDonalds and Wendy's do with their app/rewards.
