Been a customer of Wing since 2018. The app worked well enough on my old phone (Samsung Galaxy S7) when I only managed 1 line. I've since upgraded to a new phone (Xperia 1 III) and added 2 additional lines. The app doesn't show data usage on 2 of the 3 lines, and I have to go through customer service if I want to remove an expired payment method. In the 4 years of use, I haven't noticed any real updates or improvements to the app. If Wing ever improves the app, I'll update my review accordingly.

Overall a really great app. Super easy and affordable. With that said I don't like how they basically turn off your data after a certain point. Unless you're operating on wifi you can forget about using your data plan the last two weeks of the cycle. I pay for unlimited plus and certainly don't get that. It's also pretty hard to get someone in the chat. It's great once you're speaking with someone but there's always a long queue.

I switched to Wing a little over a year ago in February 2020 and I haven't had any issues at all. My daughter and I both use Wing and we both are on the 2gb data a month plan. I haven't had any issues but she constantly runs out of data. It last her maybe a week once the service renews for the new month. Other than that it's pretty good. It is a prepaid service so keep in mind you get what you pay for. 😉
