Ratings and reviews

So far, the app seems useful, encouraging and intuitive. I haven't explored everything, and they do try to upsell you to use all the features, but the basic membership seems to have plenty of helpful information without any added workbooks, or worse, chat bots. It seems pretty easy on a first look, with a simple set of instructions through various lessons. They also tailer it to your dogs age, sex and breed. Will it prove helpful? We'll see.

Update: The $99 that they charged me isn't even for a year, it's only for a month! They don't even have a plan on their site for this amount and refuse to email me back showing me what all comes with this mysterious plan. They also state that you should receive a receipt, never happens! RUN! Deceptive charging. Be careful if you sign up, they will renew you at a yearly rate even if you signed up for monthly. They also will not warn you about the charge. Customer service is not helpful at all.

As others stated, there is no notification of renewal, so you will be surprise-charged $95. Woofz Terms state, no refunds! and they will not tell you when you'll be charged! and their customer service team will tell you that repeatedly - see below. Getting money from unsuspecting customers is one choice for a business model, but not a lasting one. The app didn't work for me. You can't skip to new material, you have to wait out timers. Trainer videos on YouTube worked better and those are free.
