I love the colorful layout and the organized plan and the videos. but when an app doesn't make it easy to pause or cancel subscription (in my case because of financial difficulties) it makes me nervous. and second, it takes a good while for me to make time to train my dogs with consistency. so at the moment I don't want to be paying for the app if im not going to be using it with consistency.

when I signed up, I purchased a subscription that led me to believe it was $15 for a 15 week training plan. 4 weeks later, I was charged a $40 renewal fee. Very misleading on the app costs!!! also, can't advance training until you run through timers, so you can't learn anything new. do not recommend.

Last year, I got the app and it was great! Very well-rounded training and super user-friendly. This year, I've tried opening the app and it just opens to a blank screen. I've attempted on/off wifi, updated the app checked compatibility with my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled per instructions online... it has been several weeks and still doesn't open properly. Would love to get back into the program but very unfortunate it keeps crashing
