You have to log in every single time, and with full name and password. If you switch windows when in IM it closes the conversation. Awful app

It has a bug that won't allow to open chat with specialists. It keeps kicking me out of the app, so frustrating.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you’ve experienced a bug in our App. The issue you experienced was due to a bug that occurred when certain images failed to load, causing the chat feature to reset. However, we have since resolved this issue with a fix that was deployed on April 28th. This feature is now functioning as intended.
