The atmosphere is lovely and peaceful and the music is very calming, but there's a lack of variety when it comes to the different objects. They mostly just have you use breathing techniques or singing/saying things aloud (which isn't great when you need this calming space in the middle of the night). Overall, it's full of techniques that aren't very effective for me personally, so it didn't fulfill my needs in an effective way. Props for the gorgeous art though. I'm glad it helped others so much

look, this app is great, it just doesnt really help after the first day. you get one day of a free trial then you get one exercise per day (technically 2, but one helpful one) then it asks you to pay for premium. i get that it costs money to keep an app like this running and to make a profit, but it was just too much money for me. there are other options out there that are similar, albeit without the great art style, where you get more for free.

I really love this app! I only have the free version right now, but I still get a lot of benefit from using it every day. It has taught me a lot of easy techniques to calm my anxiety and improve my overall mood.
