Still a terrible app. It won't keep me signed-in on my tablet. I get logged out after each article and sometimes, the login just doesn't take. It doesn't reject my credentials - it just doesn't give me access. This doesn't happen on my phone. Also, this app is a bloated storage hog. I can't find a setting to stop it from amassing 1 GB of downloaded content. Every few months, I have to uninstall and reinstall the app to clear out the data - can't find another way.

It's okay. I like the paper. My problems with the app are as follows. First, no tabbed browsing. I like being able to go through and open tabs for what I'm going to read, then go back when I have time and read them all. Second, The editorials are definitely far right, which I would expect from Murdoch, but I wish the editorial board would try to be more diverse. Third, ads. Why are there ads in a paid only app? Also, the number of anti-vax ads is alarming.

I like the app layout and that I can read the start of articles without a subscription. But you need to be wary of the right wing talking points they drop into articles. Also, when I went to cancel my subscription, the person in the call center tried to pressure me not to unsubscribe. I had to insist which felt icky, and the whole process took way longer than it should have.
