was great a few months ago, not worth it now. It just did the intervention on me when I was actively reading an article. Also I can't choose how long to be on an app anymore like I could a few months ago. They stuck, bottom of the barrel, basic features behind a paywall which sucks. My doc and therapist thought it was super neat and asked me what it was and then started recommending it to their clients. Now we are on the hunt for a new one instead and they have stopped recommending it.

good idea, but needs work. it keeps me from mindlessly opening apps, but it also pops up while I am deliberately using an app, eg on YouTube, when I am trying to open comments, save a video to a list or even just rotate my phone to watch a video on full screen, which is very annoying, especially bc YouTube will just minimize and keep playing over the app popup.

I like this app and have considered paying for the premium features. The concept is great and it helps me. I have noticed it will pop up while I'm just using a different part within the app I'm using (since I use it for FB if I go to the marketplace, comments on reels, or sometimes even messenger). It will pop up if I go to adjust my brightness or sound in the pull down menu when I'm not closing out of the app. Overall would to pay if these minor things were fixed up. My phone is a s23 ultra
