Ratings and reviews

Buggy app - keeps crashing during use after about two min. Logged in, and after two crashes, info on my sponsored child was gone. Going to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if I can retrieve the info, but if this is the experience, I won't be using the app, sadly. I was hoping to connect with my child, but this app is not making it possible.

Looks nice, but info for my sponsored child never populates even though I can see them on the desktop site. Not sure if it's because I'm new sponsor and it takes time for the app to work, but in my mind if it's available on desktop, that info should be available on mobile same time.

Love that I can get mail and updates from my sponsored child right from this app! Regardless of my state of finances, I always believe in giving even a small percentage of my income to the less fortunate and along with my Free Little Library this is my other fave way of giving back because I love how involved you get to be directly with the charity. I definitely recommend this app & charity.
