TO ANYBODY READING THIS. CONSIDER THEM AS SCAMMER. THEY WILL NOT REPLY TO MY MAILS AND WILL NOT ISSUE A REFUND!!! Received a reply from their Gmail address. This is kind of dubious. Who is using gmail address for a supposedly business transaction? But I still did not get any reply. ------------------- Still Did Not Receive My Order. Ordered last 29-Oct-23 and still processing as of today 30-Nov-23. They are not replying on my emails and cannot file a complaint on their website or app.

Its totally fraud don't buy anything its not delivered any item after giving a payment. If u not trust me check there help line number its not valid number. And the chat options are also fake.

It's my first time to deal with our shopee qatar, honestly it's going to be my last time , your customer service representatives need some kind of courses in how to deal with customers more professionally over the phone,just willing to reply back in a rudely manner, not even listen to what the customer is saying. Secondly you need to classify colors or options of items on your website, not just make the decision from the top of your head and force the customer on a specific color.
