Should be zero rating. Purchased a Nokia keypad phone and a toy like phone which does work and even with scratches on it was received on 5/10/25. Raised and complained about the same on the same date but still showing as under process. Be very cautious you will lose money and zero response or responsibility from OurShopee. BAD CHOICE TO BE HONEST

I ordered items two weeks ago, and the order was divided into 3 orders. Two were delivered, and there is still one. It has not been delivered yet. Tracking orders is very bad on this application. Customer service is very bad too . No one answers the phone or WhatsApp messages. cancellation and Refund service is not available. Delivery takes a long time.👎

Worst customer service ever. They confirm orders without verifying they have the items ordered only to deliver half of the order. I asked about it & was told "what do you want us to do if the item is not available on the market?" Why do you confirm orders without verifying availability 1st? And if something like that happens, customer care should be more courteous...not the case with you...worst customer service!!!
