Really slow and crashes if left in memory for too long. The ticket design is appalling. Why would you make the expiry date so small? That's what every conductor checks! The UX has not been thought through properly.
Too many issues. Doesn't scan the card which is no good when trying to buy tickets 10mins before travel! And when it does scan the card it crashes on payment and then does not allow any more attempts! Serious issues, unusable until these issues are fixed!!
The UI is all over the place. The expiry date is too small and why force the user to re-scan their card over and over? Make it look like the counterpart it replaces! In addition, most conductors and station bouncers meet the app with confusion. Have they been trained? Pun intended. Having said all that, it is more convenient than using ticket machines which would only work occassionally anyway.
Why would you make it so you have to scan the card every time you use it? Why not just save the ticket like every other app manages to do. What a ridiculous pile of arse.
Such a poor app that desperately needs updating. It's virtually impossible to scan the M card. I managed once following about 50 attempts. Once the app does recognise your card, the top up section does not have any tickets to purchase and does not allow you to add money to your card. Really, really poor.
Won't accept payment and won't allow me to try again, saying I've already bought that product today (I haven't!). Was trying to save myself time/hassle going back to work but now will need to find change for the bus and top up at the bus station. Good idea but poorly executed
