Awesome app, I can use it smoothly from the very first touch. It's much better compared to other apps I'm using (UOB, ACB, VCB, KBANK...). A compliment to the dev team.

Past a certain amount term deposit balance does NOT display correctly (newest version installed), raising huge trust issue and concerns whether the fund is still in your account. Cake developers need to look into fixing this ASAP. Cake says suport is available via hotline and email, I sent an email (not in VN right now) and 7 days have gone with no answer. Email support is literaturely non-existence. You have to send request on the app, and they don't even check previous cases/emails.

Can't even log in to this app, it keeps saying unknown error (-1) After reinstall the app it said i have to login on old device to register my face Called the support hotline, no one picks up Worst experience ever !!!!!??
