Ratings and reviews

Everything was good so far but today I am facing some unexpected issues. The app is taking a while to verify pin and after that it’s saying KYC is in progress. This is absolutely ridiculous! I created an account, did KYC and also deposited money and used it but now It's asking all these things. App becomes super slow to verify pin and loading the interface and each time asks for logging. Plz fix this reverification step (kyc) and add biometric login.

Excuse me, I would like to kindly bring your attention to an issue. Currently, Afghan banks are not supported in the app 🥺🙏. For users in Afghanistan, your app is the only option available, as other credit cards or payment services do not work here. It would mean a lot if you could add Afghanistan and enable payments through local banks like Azizi Bank. because we don't option only you. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
