Dear KGS Support Team, I am writing to report an issue I've been experiencing after the recent update of your application on my Android Mobile. Since the update, videos are not playing continuously Approximately every 30 to 45 minutes, the video playback gets stuck and does not resume unless I completely close and reopen the app. This is causing significant disruption in usage, and I kindly request that you look into the matter and provide a solution at the earliest. Thank you for your support

teaching is fantastic but the app is not working properly!! i had complaint many times and call many times to technical team but number is not working and no response from technical team. i purchased a course of cds. whenever i start recorded video , the video quality and function are not working properly and my data wasted. my half and hour wasted just for set video so video run properly and I study properly. many Times i complaint about it but no response form kgs team. this is not Right
