Everything is as it was in Soviet times, only on a larger scale and in compliance with all the recommendations of qualified coaches.
The sets of exercises for industrial gymnastics are designed taking into account the characteristics of a particular workforce: for office workers, for those who drive all day, for conveyor production workers, for those who are engaged in hard physical labor, for medical workers and aeronautical gymnastics.
