Consumer can also View their Payment History and View their old Receipts as well. Consumers can also lodge complaints related to E-Payment Service through this Mobile Application.

The app is very basic, not have all the features which it should have, we need to refer the physical copy for detailed information. Payment option is also not upto mark. Most people pay bill via UPI these days, although other platforms have the option to pay DHBVN bill but still if you have included bill payment option then all the modes of payment should be included.

It is convenient to pay the bill but the major drawback is that we can not see the bill details apart from the amount. We have to wait for the physical copy of the bill to know the bifurcation which doesnt makr sense. Why to waste paper when technology is available for our use

This site never works in day. Also if you somehow manage to reach the payment, it fails in almost all payment modes as the server is very slow to respond. Suggestion is to try in night times only for chances of getting the payment cleared.
