Ratings and reviews

The charges for the service are completely unreasonable and misleading. The price shown initially does not reflect the actual amount being charged. I selected a service worth ₹2,979, however the final payable amount is ₹3,255 due to multiple added charges such as platform fees, traveling charges, and prime-time charges, none of which are clearly justified upfront. Even after this inflated amount, I am being asked to pay an additional ₹100 if I select the 1st or 2nd time slot. The price is unfair

worst experience for me. I booked for very first time. Soniachauhan assignee called me and request to change time slot. I agreed and ready to take service half an hour before the schedule time. Then she called me on WhatsApp and force me to take some more services and started to give excuses that she has to come from very far. she told me that she can't come. Then I requested her to cancel the booking. she denied and ask me for cancelation. It was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Very disappointing experience with YesMadam. I booked a session trusting their service for an important event the next day, but they cancelled at the last minute and didn’t show up. It was already late evening, so I couldn’t find any nearby salon or book through another app. Because of their unreliability, I was left with no option but to cancel my event. Highly unprofessional and frustrating. I expected much better service and accountability.
