I booked a preferred time slot for appointment (paid extra for the early slot), but the assigned professional didn't respond to calls or messages and never showed up. Customer care kept suggesting rescheduling despite my fixed schedule. In the end, they only processed a refund. The service felt unreliable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this app.

extremely disappointed with the service. I have booked service multiple times, but Salon professionals didn't show up, no call/ message either each time. The customer service called up and tried to book the next slot even after told them to not to do so. I'm not using this app again. May be service providers think customers do not have any other work to do, they keep rescheduling service and every time professional do not show up.
