I like the app, does have good excercises to do. Although, i do feel like most of the apps most helpful features can only be used with the premium version which can make it less useful when you don't have premium. For instance, I find the option to edit your workout plan super helpful if you need more of a challenge. It also counts calories for each day you excercise inaccurately. If none of that bothers you thoungh... then I definitely recommend!

Love this app. Have been using it for a year. When I finish with a level I go on to the next. When I complete them all, I start over again. It's a wonderful way to start or end the day. It's an easy app to use - voice commands, video demo if needed, music. However recently the "you're halfway through" announcement has stopped. What happened? It really helps when holding a difficult pose.

great app! been using it for years. love that it has different difficulty levels from easy to hard, flexible, and personal...the exercises are simple to follow and you feel and see the results. the music is soothing and best part is that it's free, unlike most yoga apps. I highly recommend trying it! it's improved my lifestyle for sure! 🧘‍♀️🙏
