About this app

This keyboard allows you to input and convert Japanese using old-style characters and old-style kana spelling.

◆Features
・You can write Japanese sentences using old-style characters and old-style kana spelling.
・"ゐ" and "ゑ" can be entered with the same ease as other kana characters.
・Various settings related to input conversion can be configured.

◆Items controllable on the settings screen
【Character Style/Kana Spelling】You can choose from five input conversion settings: "Old Characters/Old Kana," "New Characters/Old Kana," "Old Characters/Old Kana (New Kana with Onomatopoeia)," "New Characters/Old Kana (New Kana with Onomatopoeia)," and "Old Characters/New Kana."
【Character Shape Correction】You can choose whether to make the detailed design of kanji characters resemble old-style characters.
【Writing Style】You can choose the writing style to use from "General" and "Literary Style Only."
【Kana Repetition Mark (ゝ)】You can specify whether to indicate consecutive kana with "ゝ," etc.
【Large Kana Writing】You can specify whether to write small characters such as "っ" in large letters.

[Unifying to Unvoiced Consonants] You can specify whether to omit the use of voiced and semi-voiced consonant marks.

[Unifying to Katakana] You can specify whether to unify the kana portion to katakana.

[Keyboard Type] You can choose the layout to use from "Numeric Keypad Layout (Flick Input)", "Numeric Keypad Layout (Toggle Input)", and "QWERTY Layout".

[Keyboard Height] You can adjust the vertical height of the keyboard.

[Type of Space Character] You can choose the space character used on the keyboard from "Automatic Switching", "Full-width Space", and "Half-width Space".

[Omitting Voiced and Semi-Voiced Consonant Input] When converting with voiced and semi-voiced consonants, you can set it so that candidates appear even if you omit the input of voiced and semi-voiced consonant marks.

[Omitting Small Character Input] When converting with small kana characters, you can set it so that candidates appear even if you omit the input of small characters.
