About this app

Everything in this app was designed with offline in mind. Being able to use this app when there's no internet is the top priority when making decisions. It currently pre-downloads text posts, images (including gifs, videos, and imgur albums), and reddit comments, for offline use. You can also schedule the app at specified times during the day.

This app is COMPLETELY FREE and has NO ADS! The limited screen-size on handheld devices are too valuable to display ads. (In-app purchase is for optional themes.)

We are actively working on the app. Please visit /r/RedditOffline for discussion and feature requests.

Great app, does exactly what it promises, and very efficiently. Only two things keep it from being perfect in my book, the 100 post cap is rather unfortunate, I'm using it for short stories, 100 posts is mere kilobytes, it'd be nice to download more if desired, and a search feature would be incredibly useful. Otherwise, this is an incredible app.

Extremely fast to download and view posts. No ads. Weird things I found about this app is 1- we cannot save any images it downloaded. 2- The downloaded images it saves in the data folder are all in gif format and are much higher in file size than the originals. If a png or jpeg file on reddit is 1-2MB it gets converted to a 15-20MB gif in this app for unknown reasons. So, imo, these 2 huge drawbacks defeats the purpose of saving disk space and saving data if you use mobile data a lot.

This is a great app if you live in an area with periodic access to the Internet. My only fault is that videos are often downloaded without sound, despite me changing the default in the settings. Cheers to the dev!
