Ratings and reviews

Useless app, you take forever to register, and once registered, it is not easy to navigate through it. You can't even get the information on YouTube or website. Transfer and payment is one menu, when you press further, it gives you option to deposit money. How do you deposit funds while on the app? I have used almost 5 banking apps without any struggle, this one is a scam.

this app is poorly built 😭! your app isn't user friendly. I can't make payments due to an error I have to support yesterday morning! I need to make payments ASAP! I can't view the accounts I have send cash by the 1st of last month but I can't see on the list. can the app be improved

At African bank, security and protection of personal information is not priority as per the POPIA. I have had unauthorised transactions without any notifications. I have recently reported one unauthorised transaction with a Dispute, the transaction was frozen with my card being blocked, but to my surprised the transaction was released, the case was resolved without my knowledge due to lack of communication from this bank.
