I've been struggling to transfer money to other people. having to leave home to go withdraw then go queue at another bank is really such an inconvenience. I noticed this issue last week Friday and it hasn't been resolved. im really not one to like leaving home and I've been considering leaving the bank all together and I've been enjoying it and introduced my friends to it to which they've also had problems with the app as well and went back to their previous banks. might do the same.

I always have problems with the bank in general, The consultants always have a "system" issue and are restricted to do a lot of things. I've also been trying to log in the whole weekend but the app is just loading. African bank should elevate their operations and quality assurance systems for customer satisfaction. This should be viewed as an investment for customer obsession morethan an expense on their side, I'm so close to leaving the bank because of small things like a difficult to use app

I love banking with AB but honestly the banking app and even online banking seem to always have issues. If this does not improve I will have no choice but to change my bank. It is very annoying to not even be able to log on. You can't even reset your log on details without having to physically go to the bank. So then what's the use of having an app./ I've brought my rating down from 2 bcoz it's been 3 days now and still no response from AB. š
