The app needs data to open. If you run out of data, you can not open the app to buy data, it does not make sense. Again, when you view your transaction history on the app it shows limited transactions . Can you also fix the reference part when you make a payment, my ID can't even fit in the field. May you please increase the number of characters that should fit in that field. Apart from that I can't complain much about the app.

This app is terrible. I do not know how many times I have installed and installed it in the hopes that it will allow me to register to no progress as told by a consultant. I can't even do online banking because I haven't been able to register on the app and I'm very far away from branches to even go visit one for assistance.
