Why do I need to register just to get balances, it's ridiculous, I use the app to keep track of usage at home, work and at friends. Also why can't the app open to the balances page by default, that is the main reason for using the app. The data usage indicator indicates an overall figure, it should show you how much data has been used and remains that is anytime data and night data
I have a prepaid smartbroadband sim and a month to month freeme contract. The invoice amount of my freeme account is duplicated on my prepaid sim, so when I look at my total invoice, it is exactly double what it should be. I raced to a Telkom shop to sort out the billing issue, the shop cannot find the issue on their system. They told me the new app must be buggy. The consultant herself is also unhappy that you cannot log on with sim authentication anymore, you must use user/pass authentication. I think the app was released without sufficient testing. The previous app seemed better.
Such a shame....it worked for me at first. I even managed to view my home internet data balance and top it up. Now it jus says an unexpected error has occured and no more topping up for me... Guess i need to go back to the call centre
I cannot even link.my accounts this app is useless. Everytime I input my information and submit the screen goes black and the app shuts down. You guys are useless really and I can't even do it on the web browser either
Useless. New app doesn't load balances and forever says there is an error. Useless. Going back to balance check via sms. Telkom and technology just don't go together. Also why must you login just to check balance?
Yea I used to like it, it showed all I needed to know but now nothing works... Everytime I try view my usage it comes up with an error. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still same error... Fix it and I'll change my rating...
