Useless app. The amount of times I have tried to transfer airtime or send to someone else and it just gives me a random error without explanation.. Takes forever to load any page - why is beyond me - it's not like there's all that much personal info and data to upload, nor are there any major graphics. As of this morning I can't even log in. Poorly hashed together just for the sake of keeping up with the times, but, in usual keeping with its reputation, total failure as a service.

Horrible. The first time I downloaded this app it worked perfectly and all was good. But recently few months ago after it was updated it cannot log back in . The progress bar just keeps on running. Then eventually gives you an error message that reads: "we are currently encountering a problem retrieving your account info. Please try again in a few minutes". For more than a month??

To top up was the most frustrating thing to try and do during lockdown. It did not look as if I would be able to buy with so many errors flashing and freezing. Thankful I could top up since I nearly lost work because of it. Please Telkom fix your app. We need it to work smoothly during emergencies and we need it to be more user friendly. I thought I was going to say I can't buy in SA online to a client! Very confusing when it says you have more than one account and I am not even aware of it.
