This app used to work okay but has now become totally unreliable. The App is not accurate re phone usage. I took 2 short trips. On both occasions my cell was stationary in the vehicle holder. When my car came to a stop on each occasion i switched off the location to end the trip. I noticed the speed increased from 0 to 5km as i picked up my cell in the stationary car. I received 4 stars and was penalised for cellphone usage.

26/12/2020 still having same problems as before and others. Have sent an email on 30th November, 8th December and 9th December and have still not heard anything back. Service is shocking. Worst insurer/app so far. When you are finished driving it doesn't stop tracking your trip it tracks you whilst walking with your phone.Doesn't give an option to end the trip.Have tracked the monthly required 8 trips.It's says they are all valid but shows have only done 5 out of8 needed. Very untrustworthy app.

good app. just sometimes not tracking correctly or not at all. says tracking not optimised all tho settings are correct. and sometime no nerwork coverage. so i will loose due to no network.
