Main Features & Services:
MyVault is your database of personal information and the backbone of TrackBox Technologies. Links your mobile device to your account. Improves response time in the case of an emergency, giving our trained responders immediate access to all relevant information.
If you are in an emergency situation without data or airtime, you can use the emergency ‘Call Me’ panic button which will send a 'Call Me' to your selected ERPC or contact.
*TrackMe is used while you are on the move. Provides the ERPC with a breadcrumb trail of your activity. Helps us keep an eye on you, and ensure you reach your destination safely, or provide the necessary assistance should something go wrong.
*Report a host of incidents such as suspicious activity, cruelty, poaching, accidents, Injury, crime, municipal faults, and even submit a GPS Voice note report. Cases are automatically created and an ERPC Dispatcher will follow up, notify relevant response personnel and further investigate. Additionally, the incident map will be updated to notify those in the area of the incident.
Creating a profile for your family members, list their physical characteristics and upload photographs, allowing us to mass activate a search for a missing family member.
Scan your vehicle licence disk with the Advanced Co-Driver Assistance Centre for support on any vehicle accident and registration number cloning where your plate is used in the commission of crime and seen on the national SNIPR camera network.
