This is the best app ever to have in my hand, it like I can control everything that happens around. I can have access to anything and anytime. Best app when it come to double data and double airtime and easy access to the amazing and unlimited vouchers, the free spins are worth it and you could never go wrong with this app, amazing just to have everything in the palm of your hands.

love the app only reason I'm giving a 1 star review. instead of a zero star review it's because 1 star is the lowest available option and because the customer support is non existent if you have a problem that needs to be fixed you talk to a chat bot and when said chat bot can't fix your issues it says "we will connect you with the next available support agent" and guess what no one ever contacts you. it doesn't matter how many emails or I need a agent requests you send they just ignore you

Hi Hendrick, thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for your experience. Regarding your Spot Money account, a support agent has since contacted you and assisted successfully. We’re glad your query has been resolved and that you’re satisfied. Thank you for using uConnect app and SIM.
