Have been unable to order any medicine through MedExpress. Always "not found" or error message. Pathetic. Ongoing for a couple of months months now. I always have to go online on my laptop and physically log in to the Discovery website. I would have thought they could have fixed the bug after 4 to 5 months.
Discovery seriously lacks in point tracking with both medical and insure, I've filled in forms many times but don't get my points redeemed. A bit disappointing, I'm trying very hard to reach my goals, it's disheartening.
Samsung app still doesn't sync my exercises on discovery app. Given data permission; Reinstalled, cleared the cache and manually synced numerous times, still nothing. I'm tired of emailing screen shots. I've been missing out on rewards for weeks. This app has gone from hero to zero for me. Used to be so simple and now this update has ruined it.
The Discovery App has been unable to synchronise properly for the past few versions. Support keeps on asking for the same info every time (phone, OS, app version, etc) but nothing gets done about it. Very disappointed!
After each update, it works less and less, I don't even remember when last it was successfully able to sync shealth. Not too mention everything just takes ages. Its like they using the apple using as model, piss off your customers and they will come.
dumb app is now not going into vitality active rewards screen... keeps saying error. i cleared cache, uninstall.. same dumb error. S7 Samsung phone, latest android. please fix asap!
