Time consuming The app seems to do everything it needs to, but if you don't have time to wait for every action you might be disappointed. Most of the time the activity history would not load at all, if not after 5 minutes. I think the developers needs to rethink how long it should take to retrieve 5 records from a database.
A series of error messages Continually fails to link apps. Crashes frequently. Borders on infuriating to use. This app should be called "Sorry we have encountered a problem. Please try again later". After what the app believes is the successful linking of strava, strava never links. Update. after using this app for over a month I can confirm that is it TERRIBLE! This app falls far below what is considered the most basic standard of functionality. what a piece of rubbish. For example, why do I have to continually log into the app
The app struggles to link to fitness gear or apps (whichever it needs to update daily activity). It mostly can't connect for days on end. App description says"if you encounter issues", why not fix the issues. Why must the customer clear app data or restart. Much smaller companies have much more effective apps
"Discovery has stopped working" The app was working fine until a recent update. Now I use it once and then have to uninstall and reinstall every time I want to use the app. This seems to be the general complaint ! Reading your responses to other complainants you suggest clearing cache and data in settings. Why? This was not necessary before the last update ! If I was on your team of developers I would go back to the last update to see what was changed to cause the problem, and correct it !! Simple as that !!!!!
Shocking Discovery Service:S Health Still Not Syncing I have bought an expensive Samsung Gear S2 smart watch that got me motivated via active rewards. Now Discovery app not synching via my S6 edge phone since 31 August. Can the technical guys please fix URGENTLY.Please dont put on your website that S Health issues are resolved on 6/9/16 when it is NOT yet resolved. I have reinstalled latest app version and cleared cache- not yet resolved.I see other users have the same issue.Guys we need swift action here PLEASE!!!!
Great concept but has the following issues: 1. Requires login every time regardless of setting 2. Slow performance, especially digital cards 3. Digital cards for Vitality Insure active rewards do not update and Vitality Fitness active rewards do not delete. Item one above seems to be resolved but 2 and 3 are still issues. Tried the steps advised below but issue recurs.
