Using the same email and password I use to log in on my PC, and I cannot login. App says username and password entered is incorrect or not found. PLEASE HELP - 1 star until help is provided
App is extremely slow and has poor user interface design The app takes long to refresh EVERY detail on every page (instead of caching some of it and updating it in the background). It is so slow that my screen often locks while waiting for an update... which would be fine if it didn't *refresh* the page again when unlocking. This compounds the frustration. The app doesn't cache security credentials for non-sensitive info (like Vitality Active Rewards). This, together with a strong (PC) password means that this doesn't scale well to a mobile device (where long, strong passwords are a pain!). A suggestion is that the app should rather show older, cached data (with a message (e.g. "last updated 8 hours ago") than have the user wait for the update. And that the active page not be refreshed when the phone unlocks or the user switches between apps.
Active rewards doesn't work :-( have tried several times and always get "error occured, please try again later'..... app doesn't allow me to accept that I don't have any chronic conditions that prevent me to exercise. I have to select yes.... ???
Looks like it could have potential, but very unstable, slow and features that time out or don't populate. Poor effort. Don't bother.

Terrible - Most functionality doesn't work Digital Cards is a great idea, but after uploading all the photo's it just gives the doughnut.... Features advertised through email from Discovery are either missing or impossible to find. For a company seen as innovative and modern this is a very poor effort
