Ratings and reviews

Some basic functionality is there. Missing some common features and UI though. Always offline later in the evenings after the US markets have closed. Useless if it only works some of the time. Now 2 years later and they are still offline every night to "fix bugs". Good grief, how many bugs do you have if you need to fix bugs literally every single day?

A great app for the most part though not without issues. The good is that it is simple to use and navigateband breaks down the costs of a trade very well. Customer support is quick to respond and knows their stuff. The bad, however, is the app has frequent internal server errors and, when searching and going back to its main database, doesn't take you to the last place you were at, it resets it.

The app is cumbersome but simple to navigate and prone to minor glitches. The most aggravating, frequent issue is failure to recognise correct login details, which leads to a locked account. This issue is what prompted me to finally rate the app after more than 3 years of use. I never have this issue with the desktop version. Regardless of device/OS, there are relatively frequent internal server errors and notifications of technical problems, though the latter is less common lately. No dark mode
