Ratings and reviews

I'm surprised this app has 4.1 stars when it's so buggy. My watchlist does not work - it shows that it's starred on the instrument but does not filter under the "My Watchlist" tab. Why can't I just choose which account to be in and then navigate it that way instead of having to choose the instrument and always choosing the account - it's exhausting. Also "what's new" does not let me close the pop-up under My Watchlist.

My app has progressively become unusable. at first I couldn't invest. it wouldn't allow me to buy any shares at all despite there being funds in my account and now I can't login to my account it shows a blank white screen, not even the login options. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and even rebooted my phone. this is so frustrating and worrying, how do I trust this company with my money if these kinds of issues continue to persist.

Edit: This is the best investing app by far, changing to 5 stars because all issues were resolved satisfactorily and more. Deposited money last week, it has still not reflected on the platform and emails to support go unanswered, the support contact form on the website doesn't work. Edit: The money finally reflected, I did not use an incorrect reference, I have used the same reference at least 2 other time. Changing my review to 3 stars
