This new version of the app is TERRIBLE. The original app let you see a list of previous transactions, and when you tapped a transaction you could see all the details of that transaction IN THE APP. Now, you have to DOWNLOAD the information?? And even then there is less information than before - the old version showed unit cost (for electricity purchases), now it just shows the units and total. I can't take this anymore, I am going to use my bank app instead.

The update from a couple months ago has allowed this app to go backwards several steps. The page does not fit on my screen, then I rotate the phone, and I lose the transaction (purchase pre paid) I'm busy with. I then have to start again, and then it says there is a transaction in progress, please try again later. After doing this 3 times, I finally succeeded, however I didn't get the token number. I had to then login on my computer to retrieve the Token, as it wasnt loading in my phone.

Horrible experience, payment went wrong due to a 'system error' on their side. But, the amount was already taken from my account. Took a lot of hassle for over 2 weeks to get my money back. Service is not existent. Fortunately, there are better services around. Avoid this business, I will never use them again. EasyPay = easy gone!
