About this app

Equilibrium Healthcare is the companion app for eligible Equilibrium products.

Members can sign in, activate access by redeeming the QR code or token included with eligible product packaging, and use their member experience in one place.

With the app, members can:
- sign in to the Equilibrium member portal
- redeem a product QR code or token to activate member access
- view wellness dashboards, resources, progress and profile tools
- connect to the Wear OS companion experience for supported wellness syncing

Important:
- this app does not sell standalone digital access inside Google Play
- member access is available to eligible product owners after physical product purchase and QR redemption
- if you already own an eligible product, install the app, sign in or register, and redeem your product QR code or token
