About this app

This App provides Eskom customers with self-service capabilities such as account, billing and meter reading functionality. The MyEskom Customer App is created and officially endorsed by Eskom Holdings SOC Limited.

Eskom customers can:
- View their electricity account/s
- View the following for a selected account
• Account Balance
• Last Bill Details: Billing Date, Payments Received, Adjustments, Monthly Charges
• Account Details: Name, Postal Address, Email
• Premise Details: Premise Description, Premise ID, Service Point ID and Pole Number
• Bill Delivery Method
- Submit Meter Reading linked to your Account
- Submit Meter Reading Remarks in the event you are unable to read your meter
- Request an Update of your Customer Details
- Change Bill Delivery Method to E-mail
- Provides useful links to credit card payment providers
- Submit a Basic Query

Excluded:
1. Prepaid vending is not included. You cannot buy prepaid tokens via this App.

Excellent app. Problem is that they do not allow for you to update your contact information. Secondly, they've now put a stopper on logging a call that is "known" to them, this allows them to take their time when fixing issues. we also can not track the progress of the issue. very frustrating.

The app is useless. It keeps on showing error or tells you that your login details are wrong. It's been over a year now trying to use the app without any luck. I tried to clear cache, data and also uninstall and reinstall but nothing works. Surprisingly I use to login without any problem before. I was able to log a query and make follow ups on the app's but now it is useless. I had to uninstall it.

Not good at all. Struggle to submit meter readings. Frustrating talking to a computer, to say the least. Submit readings every month, now suddenly my meternr does not exist. Trying to find a correct email?? Only to get send from one to another, without success. List goes on and on!!!
