The app is slow, confusing to use, clunky, excessively asking for personal information, customer support is trash ,no way to change devices in case of a theft or unforseen circumstances, horrible user platform for banking ,excessive charges , terrible security clearance... honestly, the list goes on ! And not enough space to write .I'm only giving this app 1 star because there is no option for negative 5 stars. It's REALLY THAT BAD! The only appropria thing to do is to remove the app completely.

It lacks transparency👎After they take /reverse your money it doesn't show any transactions, bank charges are insane, their app only operates when your account has no cash but once you do it doesn't connect even when you have enough data and good network connection 👎 they've been running since 2014 but the app lacks in every possible way, I'm definitely unsatisfied with this app. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME DOWNLOADING THE APP!! 👍

If it was possible to give this a 0 star rating I would, because this app is very useless and furstrating. One can lose their money with app because your money just disappears from your account, the bank charges are too high and so uncessary you get charged for just logging in. Whenever you try to send or withdraw money it will say insufficient funds whereas you do have money in the bank. Whomever made this app and discovered this bank did a very trashy job, I would recommend this bank to anyone
