The Ezaga app is disappointing in many ways. The user interface is clunky and confusing, making navigation a frustrating experience. The app frequently crashes, rendering it almost unusable. Furthermore, the promised features, such as personalized recommendations, are simply non-existent. Customer support is slow and unresponsive, leaving users without any help when issues arise. Privacy concerns also loom as the app collects excessive data without clear consent.

I had the worst experience. It's always experiencing technical problems, and the money keeps on disappearing when you try to transfer it. The transactions also get completed without confirming the otp. There's a lot to say but I'll end there, don't waste your time downloading this Ezaga app. It has a lot to improve on.

I can no longer login to my account everytime I I reset my password but it says a device has been authenticated. I used the numbers they said I must WhatsApp but that's of no help either. On top of that I'm never able to withdraw all my money from the card. When I use the USSD it says I don't have enough funds even though I had just uploaded my phone with airtime.
