Very, very poor performance from this app. I wish I could give it zero stars. It's not only unreliable but also cumbersome to use. It often fails to log you in even after you type in the correct password. It just returns you to the login menu without moving you on to the next step. Silly app!!! Must have been created by people who don't use bank accounts themselves.

This is a really cool and effective app. I'll give it a 4/5. It would be best if the deposit and withdrawal on the Agent side is kept simple enough to speed up transactions and avoid long waiting queues. Then again, with the card number input if possible, do make it automated with the supposed hifens. With the narration, making it just roll and not two rolls will also help with transactions.

For the update of login UI where we can now paste and still-view password, I'm adding 2 more stars to 3. That's a good way of listening to your critics. Kudos. Nonetheless, slow and unstable connection all the time from the very minute you launch the app. Although there's always stable internet connection (WiFi, 4G LTE) yet, always saying "connection is lost" or "system currently unavailable" or "unable to connect! Please check your internet connection and try again." Let's make it 5, shall we?
