I can't even send money via the app anymore... Pls fix the mess you have created.... For the record IF IT AIN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT...and this is getting to be quite annoying as well...I wonder who reviews the comments cause clearly nothing is been done with all the disgruntled customers long as they take your money they are happy
I am unable to see the new features (fingerprint ID, FNB Pay) on my new Huawei P9 ( Android 6.0 Marshmallow, fingerprint scanner, NFC). Could it be because the app is installed on my other older android devices too? The app itself should be improved to make use of the phone's (hw/sw) navigation keys instead of their own soft menu buttons.
Banks are unethical, I've been trying to try to use the 'Buy Electricity' feature using my phone app now for multiple months, as part of the 'at least four transactions on the mobile app' requirement for my ebucks, and every time it says 'The service provider is unavailable, please try again later'. I then try on the website which works without a problem. WTF! Clearly FNB is taking us for a ride.
The App worked fine for 2weeks, as I am a late joiner of 2016. BUT now it keep shutting me down "Unfortunately, FNB has stopped". and it cut me outthe whole week now. This is inconveniencing becoz, when I do the payment via online it asks me to verify via the App! not Ayoba @ all.
Im already annoyed that you have to log in once a month to this useless piece of software to get your ebucks... But why on earth does it need to know your pin??? Security down the drain FNB, reinstate the rsa token and I'll be happy again!
Great but....... I just switched to FNB from standard bank for a number of reasons. I love the benefits, service, and self service from fnb but the app does not allow me to copy or send my banking details directly to others on WhatsApp like I used to do with the standard bank app. Other than that, I'm happy
