I can not see the reason for using this app. I am not using my phone to do banking business. Now we are forced to use it to urn ebucks, it is rediculous. You are saying you are the best but you have to think twice. Look at all the bad comments that has been listed. You were doing great but I realy considering to make a change.
Why am I being held ransom? I do not want cellphone banking but am forced to have it because I want the ebucks i have earned. Whoever created this policy needs their head examined...
App does not run on Android N Having to now be forced to use your app to earn loyalty points is one thing. Having it not run on Android N Beta, quite another. Yes, it's a Beta but it's literally been months now with no feedback on any of my feedback attempts. Whoever put this new ebucks policy in place doesn't know the first thing about customer centricty. Another T&C's rule I would like to know what Fnb's kickback is to force everyone from using this app to get Ebucks. I am so happy with Fnb, but this new rule is the same as the slow lounge rules, spend a lot of money to get very little in return. You where the leader with Ebucks, but the other banks have better deals. Have a good look at the critics of your so called value added products, and get with the program and make it worthwhile to be a Fnb customer again.
I do not want to enter my card and pin. For years you've said don't do it now you are forcing it. I don't want to use the app but am forced to earn ebucks. This is wrong.
Pairing Error - Problem loggin in The App was working fine till I updated it last week, now I can't even log on😢 it keeps saying incorrect Password, I had to Uninstall & reinstall the App Twice & it's not working. Please fix this ASAP. 😕
