Multiple Payment Issues When paying multiple beneficiaries all other amount fields for all beneficiaries in my list are randomly populated. When those amounts that shouldn't populated are cleared and I try to pay I get an error that states that the cleared amounts must not have unusual characters. Payments only go through when a zero is entered in all other fields that are not part of the bulk payment.
Technical issues I used to love this FNB app, but since the upgrade it is useless on my tablet. If I add an amount to pay a beneficiary, it automatically adds the same amount to several other vendors. If I delete the other amounts it gives me an error and I cannot process the payment. Not what I'm used to from FNB. Please bring back the previous version!
Terrible and unusable! Try to pay one beneficiary and it auto complete the same amount to multiple beneficiaries! Sort yourself out FNB! You are going backwards and will lose your loyal customers.
Gideon After the update I can log in and that is all i can do, ALL the other tabs gives me a white screen, bad bad bad update!! I used to love the app. REMOVE THE UPDATE!! The old one worked!
Unusable app The update is a huge move in the wrong direction its horrible . Even having difficulty in logging in please fix this app remove the scrolling adds and give more active screen to work with it irritating and not required on a mobile app with a small screen .. i have a Samsung Gakaxy note5 feel sorry for anyone with a smaller screen
