I've used the Makro app for a few orders and found the pricing competitive and delivery fast. However, the main issue is that items are often out of stock, and customers aren’t always informed. It’s frustrating to have to follow up on incomplete orders, only to learn that products are unavailable, even though they weren’t marked as out of stock when I ordered. This makes me hesitant to order in the future. Great concept, but it needs to improve on stock communication and reliability.

latest update isn't bad. was a bit peeved to find my wishlists has been reset but what bugs me the most is that I can't streamline my search by going to a link that was previously provided to follow (go see) what else a supplier had to offer a lot of times I would find items I was looking for with different descriptions this way. ...or knew I wanted more items from the brand...

They do deliver on time, good services as far as that is concerned. But don't be having any returns because they don't bother at all! Bought a TV that broke down after just three months, they never bothered to come pick it up despite it having a two year warranty! I tried contacting them many many times but was met with just excuses, fake promises and even got ignored severally! Just be careful when buying electronics or stuff that might need returning guys!
