Ratings and reviews

Update on previous. Eventually after many requests to check if I in fact had latest version loaded,switch phone off/on and run check to see everything was operational...and it was. This same cut and paste response to my query was really frustrating, with no resolution. Eventually after our last correspondence, I physically removed app from my phone. Switched phone off/on. Reset everything from scratch, and now seems to be up and running as before.

Journey's are in accurate. Seems to stop and start along the route. Also noticed that in the first 2 years of using the app I earned nothing less than 25 days a month of above 80%. Now I earn no more than 10 days a month above 80%. Neither my route nor my driving style has changed.

I rated momentum until today. They make you deal with a stupid AI bot that sends you into a loop for hours because it cannot verify an address but forces you to use a wrong address it cannot verify your bank details, and I will not proceed with a different back account. It almost feels like it was programmed to mess you around.
