Any business operated with Vuma is useless... they are quick to respond when you want to order a service but once you have a technical issue, they don't bother responding to you ever. I advice whoever thinks about joining Vumatel, webafrica, mweb or whatsoever to not do so. I've been with them and speaking of experience, they are utterly useless.

Extremely disappointed!!! I have been billed for a facility that I did not use. That's primarily because my router has yet to be couried through to me. It is absolutely impossible to try an get through to you guys! Forever being cut off and redirected to people that can never assist or are never available to assist. You guys are far from accountable and it's sad actually. I have few just a few regrets in life and subscribing with you guys are on top of that list. I do not recommend you at all

Zero star! (This option is definitely required.) New customer. Amongst the most useless apps I have encountered - for the easy huge value and user experience this app should be adding and creating. They moved away from WhatsApp to their disaster in-app chat function/bot/whatever. Utterly disappointed.
