App works for about 2 days after you downloaded it, then it stops loading your account details. You can see it, but it says "Your details may be not be correct", indicating it cant fetch the data from the servers. And to fix it you have to reinstall the entire app. As an app developer myself I dont see how this is even possible. App is slow as hell also. Takes about 10 seconds to load my account rewards balance. Like tf??

The app (old and new) doesn't WORK! Can't login with old credentials. Even when I set a new password also doesn't work. There is something horribly wrong and to date it still doesn't work. Please don't send out new exciting information if it doesn't even work properly. Really bad image for Virgin Active.

No more cashback option available for a sprint reward, despite it still being mentioned as a viable option in the terms and conditions. The busy home page is also rather annoying. My club also seems to struggle with updating their classes and communicating to members who have booked when the class is cancelled. Please start focusing on customer experience, else I'll be forced to move to a competitor.
