Frustratingly bugged. No matter how many times this app has been updated I always have an issue talking to an agent. either it being disconnected or when connected I cannot see any messages received from them and they eventually end the chat. Extremely annoying. Changing banks after this poor experience

Every time I open the app - overview fails to load. Then I must wait. When I try to make a payment (instant payment) I keep getting "Accounts Failed" to load, over and over again. practically I can't make any payment from my credit card or virtual card as the account I must choose failed to open.

Worst bank ever, three separate times they have frozen my account because they didn't update my fica info as discussed with their operators. Now can't access my app because their log in system doesn't work. Stop chasing BEE standards and try to do the basics right. Most of their staff can't speak English correctly. Bye Nedbank
